These performance comparison charts reflect results from NARBHA's 2013 Consumer Satisfaction Survey in the areas of overall satisfaction, access, and outcomes for adult and child servcies. ("Outcomes" describes results of treatment.)

Each of NARBHA's 7 regional agencies are assigned a color to help you easily locate them in the chart.

Each chart shows you the percentage of members at each RA who were satisfied with that quality of service.
