FY 2010 Quarter 1 (July 1, 2009 - September 30, 2009)
FY 2010 Quarter 2 (October 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009)
- Member is able to schedule their first appointment within 7 days of request
- Members are able to receive their 1st service within 23 days of their 1st appointment
- Members receive follow-up appointment within 7 days after being discharged from an inpatient facility
- Members receive follow-up appointment within 30 days after being discharged from an inpatient facility
FY 2010 Quarter 3 (January 1, 2010 - March 31, 2010)
- Member is able to schedule their first appointment within 7 days of request
- Members are able to receive their 1st service within 23 days of their 1st appointment
- Members receive follow-up appointment within 7 days after being discharged from an inpatient facility
- Members receive follow-up appointment within 30 days after being discharged from an inpatient facility

- Member is able to schedule their first appointment within 7 days of request
- Members are able to receive their 1st service within 23 days of their 1st appointment
- Members receive follow-up appointment within 7 days after being discharged from an inpatient facility
