Consumer Satisfaction Survey
The Consumer Survey is administered across the state annually. The survey is completely voluntary; consumers can choose to take the survey or not. Any consumer can complete the survey if they request to regardless if they have not been selected to participate. The survey helps aid the behavioral health providers in developing quality management/quality improvement programs based on results.
