Overview

Since 1982, the dedicated and professional staff of not-for-profit Community Behavioral Health Services, Inc. (CBHS) has provided behavioral health services for Northern Arizona regions including:

·        Fredonia

·        Littlefield

·        Beaver Dam

·        Colorado City

·        Kaibeto, LeChee, and other chapters of the western Navajo Reservation.

CBHS has an incredible staff of therapists, educated at the Master's level or board certified. Our therapists are diversely trained to promote recovery and offer solutions to those facing mental illness, addiction and other social challenges.

 
Mission Statement:

To administer and provide quality behavioral health programs and services throughout the identified service area in such a manner that meets the needs of the constituency.

CBHS primarily focuses on Mental Health and substance abuse. CBHS provides eligible members a full range of medically necessary covered behavioral health services including mental health and substance abuse outpatient care. CBHS supports: Adolescents, dually diagnosed, women's groups, men’s groups, DUI/DWI offenders, criminal justice groups. Homeless/Christian Programs, including: Shelter, referrals, one-on-one counseling, alcohol and drug recovery classes. CBHS serves all, no specialized programs for specific populations. CBHS accepts referrals from courts for counseling.
