Mike Loven

Mike Loven is the Founder and CEO of Loven Contracting, a Flagstaff, AZ-based general contracting company, and a managing member of an agriculture business in Yuma, Arizona. Under Mike’s leadership since 1985, Loven Contracting is a successful construction firm with expertise in highly technical and exacting healthcare and energy infrastructure projects and a wide range of other commercial construction work. Loven Contracting works across the state, with recent projects that include cancer treatment centers, central plant infrastructure, and National Park facilities. Through diligent mentorship and leadership development efforts, Loven Contracting is a diverse business that is majority owned by Women, Veterans, and members of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community.
Mike established a strong service-minded focus for the company in its early years, which has grown significantly in scope over nearly four decades. His belief in the value of active citizenship drives a high level of community involvement within the company and includes the Loven Contracting Philanthropic Program, which benefits nearly three dozen local nonprofit organizations. Mike, his leadership team, and employees serve the community via board memberships, commission appointments, and as community volunteers.
Currently Mike is the President of the Coconino County Industrial Development Authority and a board member for both the Raymond Foundation and Northern Arizona Leadership Alliance.
