Shawn Nau

Shawn Nau serves as CEO for both the The Northern Arizona Alliance for Behavioral Health and Thrive Health Accountable Care Organizations as well as The NARBHA Institute, bringing a broad legacy of behavioral health, government, legal, and municipal expertise. He will be leading the strategy and transformational initiatives with a focus on new opportunities statewide. Before joining The Institute, Shawn served as the CEO and General Manager of Health Choice, the managed Medicaid and Medicare components of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. An attorney by profession, he also served as Lead Counsel for Maricopa County Civil Division as well as Director of Human Services and leading municipal roles for the City of Eager in Arizona and La Plata County in Colorado.
